Sequins and studding

The more glamorous end of autumn’s spectrum centres around plenty of metallic detailing, in particular gold sequins and studding. The former gives a 1980s party girl vibe when gilding slouchy jersey tops and creating zebra stripes on cocoon-shaped dresses, while oversized brass studs nod to a medieval age, either covering simple black dresses, adding a rocky edge to leather waistcoats or toning down the girlishness on floral print dresses.
