The world of the surreal is the primary inspiration for Bitte Kai Rand this season, reflected in the Danish brand’s use of fresh prints and new silhouettes.
Dresses, narrow trousers and neat jackets nod to the 1950s, with standout pieces including silk dresses and tops. ‘Utopia’ is the inspiration for prints, which showcase graphic checks and stripes, mirror fragments and oversized dots.
A standout print is ‘Psychedelic Zebra’ (pictured), with distorted black stripes layered over a multicoloured base palette. Pastel shades such as peach, lime, grey and orchid dominate the collection, with bolder colours including spearmint and blue. Viscose and silk are the key fabrics across lightweight dresses and tops, in addition to the brand’s signature use of linen, which appears this season as coats, dresses and suits.
For casual styles, peached cotton and sand-washed jersey are popular.
Wholesale prices start at around £14 for basics and rise to £126 for coats.
