Veromia unveils Bellice eveningwear

Bridalwear brand Veromia is to launch an eveningwear line for autumn 13, by former Dusk designer Gemma Legge.

It is hoped the 22-piece collection, called Bellice, will have 50 stockists for its first season.

The new brand follows the successful launch of a mother-of-the-bride range, Dress Code, for spring 13, which secured 100 stockists for its debut season.

Veromia sales manager Avril Bell said: “We were really surprised by the success of Dress Code. We kept getting requests from customers about where they could buy eveningwear, so we decided to launch our own range.”

Since the demise of the Frank Usher group in March 2011, which included Dusk, there had been a lack of eveningwear wholesalers, she said.

Different stockists from Veromia’s will be targeted for Bellice, and it will be exhibited at Veromia’s showroom on Margaret Street, central London, for autumn 13, rather than at trade shows. Wholesale prices range from £89 to £129.
