Lingerie indie Pudding has revamped its website offering customers the option of a “fit-by-phone” service for the first time.
The retailer, which already ships internationally to 47 countries via its website, said it hopes that the new site would “extend its reach”, offering fitting advice online as well as giving customers the opportunity to use its new telephone fitting service.
Pudding’s owner Helen Masters said while in-store fittings were preferable, it was important to offer as much information as possible for those only able to shop online.
She has also developed specialist online guides as part of the website relaunch aimed at bride and mums-to-be as well as one for customers undergoing treatment for breast cancer, which was put together in conjunction with health professionals.
Pudding has also launched a “fit by phone” service, in which an assistant will talk a customer through the fitting process to establish their size, with products ranging from cup sizes A-I and back sizes 28-44.
Brands sold on the site include Chantal Thomass, Empreinte, Marjolaine, Fauve, Gottex, Marlies Dekkers, Milkman, Mimi Holliday, La Perla, Le Mystere, Marie Jo, Prima Donna and Pleasure State.
