Rayner and Sturges acquires Cravats

Cravats, the shirt and tie manufacturer, has been bought out of administration by Rayner and Sturges for an undisclosed sum.

Cravats fell in to administration last month.

Products will continue to be manufactured in Chard, Somerset. 

Founded in 1913, Rayner and Sturges has manufactured shirts and ties in Brompton in Kent for retailers in the USA, Japan and Europe, including Jermyn Street retailers, Savile Row tailors and luxury brands based in the U.K.
