Premium retailer Reiss is to launch a new range to mark its 40th anniversary and has signed a deal to open in US department store chain Bloomingdales.
Reiss, which has 59 standalone UK stores and 26 concessions, will open in Bloomingdales in New York in July. It has also signed a second store in Russia in St Petersburg. Its first in the market opened in Moscow in December.
The retailer added that it was “scoping out” flagship stores in other key European cities for autumn 11.
Meanwhile Reiss said it would launch Anniversary Editions, a collection focussing on luxury fabrics and details, in September to mark its 40th birthday. However no further details on the range or number of pieces are yet available.
Reiss recorded a 43% increase in EBITDA to £13.1m for the year ended January 31.
