Great insights, as I would expect from you Patrick. Can I add a fourth "Critical Success Factor"? The brand proposition comes from having a defined, genuine and consistant Vision, Personality and Culture for the business - think Ted Baker, and many others. This has to be a leadership characteristic, and is perhaps the most important aspect of long term fashion business strategy.
