Bucher injects some Amazon into Debenhams


Definitely the right approach. Delighted to hear that store staff will be more customer facing. Though not unlike strategic thinking announced by JL and HoF. How well (and how fast) they execute and implement these new changes and whether they invest in the best technologies to deliver standout customer service will be where the battle for the consumer is won.
