Asos launches ‘try before you buy’ service


There are ways to discourage "wear and return" in any channel, e.g. large, obvious and ugly break off security tags through the garment: Tag absent on return = no refund. If the customer wears the garment with tag attached they will be advertising themselves as a cheapskate. (Yes, some customers will damage the item and attempt a return using Sale of goods act "fit for purpose" reasons, so it's not a perfect solution) Google "anti wardrobing security tags"
