Marks & Spencer to cull 351 manager roles


M&S have far too many staff, which makes the entire team inefficient & unproductive. Particularly the case in areas like instore VM where they seem to need far too many people to make simple decisions. 4 section managers & 5 VMs in order to decide whether a few rails can be moved a matter of meters is beyond ridiculous, but this is the reality in the likes of Whitecity.
