Price rises 'inevitable' in the event of a no-deal Brexit

Your commentators have highlighted understandably the affect of tariffs in the event of a no-deal Brexit. But to look at such an event only through that prism is mistaken. A no-deal Brexit is likely to result in adverse GBP currency fluctuation pushing up costs for those brands importing stock. It is also likely to result in disruption at sea and air ports. Unfortunately in my experience most fashion companies have not sought to emulate those who have planned (for example, Joules) and will instead take their chances.
