London loses its shine for fashion talent

From the headline to comments such as 'the UK is knackered' this article has lost perspective and is unworthy of the publication. Thankfully, the UK can be proud of its long record of supplying talent to growing businesses around the world, and if that has increased at a time when retail is going through radical change then it's hardly surprising. The uncertainty of Brexit, and its mishandling by our wretched government, should not be used as the excuse to explain every situation. And if the news is that talent is diversifying away from London to other areas in the UK then that is extremely positive. The UK (and Drapers Record) deserves better reporting than this.
