Breast Cancer Care invites retailers to get involved with new ecommerce campaign

Charity Breast Cancer Care is launching an ecommerce campaign, driving traffic to retailers sites.

The Breast Cancer Care site, which will launch next year, is to be designed and built by ecommerce consultancy Practicology and will allow retailers to showcase products that they are selling to support the campaign.

Acting as an affiliate, users will be able to click through from product on the Breast Cancer Care site through to the retailer’s own site to buy.

The website will also act as an information hub for the messaging connected to the campaign to drive engagement with consumers who would like to support the charity and its work.

Practicology chief executive Martin Newman – who is also the charity’s digital and multichannel retail adviser – said: “It’s a great opportunity for retailers to get involved with the charity in a meaningful way, while at the same time driving new potential customers to their own ecommerce sites.”

Breast Cancer Care’s current retail partners include Dorothy Perkins, Boux Avenue and Next.
