Addictivepoints, which launched last week, has created a platform that offers social rewards in order to help businesses to drive customer loyalty and engagement.
Liking, sharing, commenting, registering, reviewing and purchasing can all help shoppers earn points, which they can redeem on products from a range of shops.
The data from Addictiveponts can provide businesses with an insight into their audiences’ behaviour and the system can be adapted into retailers web and social media platforms.
