Subscription styling service JustFab is launching in France and Spain, having bought a European footwear website.
JustFab will enter the two countries this July via its new acquisition The Fab Shoes.
The US business launched in the UK and Germany last October and has since gained 1.5 million members in Europe. With the inclusion of The Fab Shoes will take that to more than two million, and worldwide the website has more than 15 million members.
The Fab Shoes team will become part of JustFab’s international team, re-branding its French and Spanish sites to JustFab.com in July.
Gerrit Mueller, president of JustFab in Europe, said: “With our success in Germany and the UK, we were ready to take JustFab into new territories. After getting to know the team at The Fab Shoes, we saw a natural fit for the businesses; it enables JustFab to quickly extend its European reach and gives The Fab Shoes a new way to distribute quality products to customers through our flexible subscription plan.”
Mueller added that the business is on track to reach $250m (£166m) in revenue by the end of this year.
