Fashion etailer Oli is set to merge with online department store Freemans.
Oli is in the process of being transferred over to the Freemans site and will be rebranded Oli@Freemans. Both brands are owned by German home shopping giant Otto.
Freemans said the move gave Oli customers access to its credit payment option which its typically younger customer said it required.
Freemans business unit director Diane Fowler said: “We feel that the Freemans Oli merger is a win win for both of our customer groups and will ensure that the Oli brand goes from strength to strength.”
