Luxury etailer Net-a-Porter’s spin-off discount site,, is understood to have increased its member numbers by 200,000 following its acquisition of discount rival

Net-a-Porter acquired the trademark, assets, domain name and customer database of Koodos for an undisclosed amount.

Koodos launched in 2006 and was bought in October last year for an unknown figure by E-Trader Group, which owns wholesale clearance business

E-Trader chief executive Harvey Sinclair told Drapers that Koodos had “north of” £3m in annual turnover but that he had not been able to realise synergies between it and Stockshifters.
