Westfield London, ground floor, unit 42
I am greeted at the first opportunity by a friendly member of staff who tells me to ask him if I need anything. The range of product is excellent, with lots of spring-like colour, and there are some nice nods to the 1970s trend, including a fringed wool coat (£328), a fringed suede jacket (£328) and a suede button-down skirt (£198). AllSaints is famous for its leather jackets, which retail at around the £350 mark, while cheaper items such as cotton T-shirts start at £35. While these prices put AllSaints near the top of the premium category, the quality of materials and construction, as well as its customer service, live up to the price tags.
When I ask if I can put an item on hold while I think about it, I’m told I will only be able to do so for a couple of hours, even though there is plenty of stock. The windows are rather drab, featuring mostly monochrome product, and are not
reflective of the more interesting, trend-led product inside.
