Westfield London, first floor, unit 38
Pros
While the windows at Mango are a little boring, they do convey the dominant 1970s trend well with flared jeans, suede jackets and fringed handbags. Like Warehouse, Mango has also used some more premium materials: a leather jacket for £99.99 and a suede jacket for £59.99 represent very good value for money. Mango offers a premium capsule collection of well designed, minimalist pieces, but prices may not appeal to the average Mango shopper: £129.99 for a viscose/polyester blend jacket and £44.99 for a simple viscose tunic seems rather steep. There is some Sale stock out, but the signage is more subtle and the area has been kept tidy.
Cons
It is difficult to find items from the window inside the store, and after searching for 15 minutes I only locate one piece. Nobody greets me, even though there is a sales assistant standing right by the door, and the fitting rooms are unattended. One customer has her husband going back and forth to fetch new sizes for her.
