1 Kings Mall, Hammersmith
The windows of this Hammersmith store are eye-catching and colourful, although all the mannequins are wearing denim shorts, which seems a little premature in March. The store, like all of Primark’s, is huge, and if you’re looking for cheap basics this is the place to be. Leggings are just £3 and vest tops £1.60. There are some more trend-led products too, including a crocheted waistcoat and a vintage-inspired denim shirt, both at £8. The fitting rooms are well managed, with one staff member to check people in and another to check them out.
Considering its vast size, the store should be better organised; everything feels jumbled together. It is good to see sizes ranging from six to 20 on display, but there is far too much product on many of the rails, making it difficult to look through to find the size you need. This is very much a no-frills shopping experience, but at least the low prices reflect this.
