An exposed brick interior with metallic display stands makes this store look particularly modern, alongside strong campaign imagery printed on mirrors. The window display is good, with a large illuminated Reiss sign and several mannequins styled in key coats and knits. Product-wise, pieces have more personality than the likes of Jaeger, such as textural knits woven with gold thread and placement felt details for about £110. However, other pieces, such as blouses at £100, are quite plain, putting Reiss at about the same price as Karen Millen but without the design detail. Customer service is impressive, with sales assistants keen to take items and set up a changing room.


Having quite a minimal edit of product makes for easy browsing, but the sizes on display tend to be no larger than a 12, which could be intimidating for the average shopper. Although well presented, the store lacks the personality of the likes of Monsoon.
