Westfield London, first floor, unit 4
Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a mix of smart and casual styles, almost exactly split across two rows of rails, which makes it easy to shop. The store interior certainly has a premium feel and is clean and tidy.
A thick heavy curtain acts as the changing room door, but it is so bulky that I cannot close it properly, making getting undressed uncomfortable. Furthermore, there is no mirror in the changing room. Some pieces have nice fabrics or elements that justify prices, but many others simply don’t. A suede jacket at £595 is no better than All Saints’ versions, and costs almost double the options at Reiss. A denim jacket is good quality and features unique skull-embossed buttons, but at £185 it is nearly £60 more than a similar style at All Saints. Only one size of each item is on display and when an assistant gets me another size from the stockroom it is wrapped in packaging straight from the factory, making it very creased. At £120, the thin fabric feels no better than shirts for a fraction of the cost.
