Westfield London, first floor, unit 17
The one member of staff is helpful, offering honest advice and suggesting lots of additional options. However, only one customer can be dealt with at a time, meaning others are neglected. Reasonable prices and appealing offers are advertised clearly, such as four shirts from £80 or a skinny suit for £149. Some suiting does stretch to well over £200, but is generally worth it for the quality.
While the offers do catch my eye, care needs to be taken with labelling items. I pick out a shirt with the ‘Four from £80’ sticker that is actually part of a ‘Four from £100’ offer. Although not totally misleading, it is annoying when trying to pick out four shirts in the same offer. The skinny suit is highlighted throughout, but in store there are only two options available, with the other five colours only available online. The walls of folded shirts are impactful but there seems to be no logic as to how things are arranged and no signs dividing size or fit. It would be clearer to keep all stripes, all blues and all whites together, rather than a random mix.
