Hit or Miss: Womenswear Spring 15

Drapers sifts through the high street’s womenswear retailers to find the best - and worst - of spring 15.

All Saints

All Saints

Our Hit or Miss series returns for spring 15, starting with womenswear. Many of the stores surveyed, including All Saints, Monsoon and Zara, showcased attractive, on-trend product - this season’s trends include pastels, florals and the 1970s, with the latter particularly ubiquitous. On a negative note, customer service was again found to be lacking, from premium retailers down to value.

The retailers were assessed on factors including - but not limited to - customer service, standard of product in terms of quality and trends, value for money and visual merchandising.

The stores surveyed were all at Westfield London in Shepherd’s Bush (except Primark, for which we visited the nearby Hammersmith branch) on March 23 and 24.
