98 High Street, Esher, Surrey

Who you need to know Owners Debi Oliver and Therese Walker

Brands include Brodie Cashmere, Diva Catwalk, Jackpot, Katie Mosa, Masai Clothing, Mudd & Water, People Tree, Sandwich, Saskia

Esher certainly has its pick of great womenswear independents, but one of its best is lifestyle boutique Lily & Bow.

Opened in March 2011 by owners Debi Oliver and Therese Walker, the store boasts established brands such as Jackpot and Masai Clothing, alongside local designers who share their passion for responsible sourcing. The addition of a cafe means that customers can while away the day inside the shop.

The store, which is active within the Esher community, has hosted various charity coffee mornings and Oliver, who is also a doctor, had the opportunity to run with the Olympic torch in Westcott in July.

Lily & Bow also hosted a charity fashion show to celebrate its first anniversary last year.
