Menswear indie Kiosk 78 has triumphed in what has been a tough year for retailers. 2011 was its most successful year to date, with the owners’ philosophy of taking risks, on new but high-quality brands.

It’s been a hectic year for co-owners Damon Bryan and Gavin Colwill, with the relocation of the store to the city’s historic Corn Exchange building, as well as opening a store in Wetherby and relaunching the website in August.

Kiosk 78 has continued to introduce exciting, new labels to its brand mix, including knitwear brand Howlin’ by Morrison and outerwear brand Penfield.
