Armed robbers steal more than £500k worth of stock from Colette

Armed robbers broke into Parisian luxury store Colette over the weekend, stealing around €600,000 (£502,408) worth of goods.

Masked robbers with a pump gun and axe targeted the store on Saturday morning, according to reports. Six employees and a security guard were forced to the ground as the two robbers gathered products, mainly thought to be watches. No one was hurt during the incident.

The shop, which is situated on rue Saint-Honore, Paris, stocks brands including Carven, Valentino and Marc Jacobs.
