Hub in Stoke Newington and London Fields, London

Chosen by Georgie Haigh, online fashion writer for premium chain Reiss

Hub has three locations, in north and east London – one for women, one for men and the newest shop in Hackney’s Broadway Market, which covers both.

All three shops offer a well-edited selection of sought-after brands as well as in-house labels Beth Graham (womenswear) and Yarn (menswear), which are pared-back, clean designs manufactured locally and made with British fabrics. Hub also sells a great selection of stylish footwear.

Hub’s menswear shop in London Fields was one of the first retailers in London to stock the label Suit, which makes beautiful 100% cotton garments for about £40 each – proof of its status as a destination store for exclusivity and hidden gems.

Like the stores’ interiors, Hub’s branding suits its village-like surroundings. But to give it an added urban edge there’s always a killer soundtrack playing.

The styles stocked by Hub are exceptional and it offers superb customer service.
