Jules B set for a spring makeover

Premium indie Jules B will be given an overhaul for spring 13 with the launch of a new logo, which will be used on all its nine stores from March.

The logo will be put on all marketing materials, the website, carrier bags and internet packaging. Store fascias will also eventually get the new look.

Marketing manager Adam Mooney told Drapers: “It’s been about 10 years since we last refreshed the logo or changed our carrier bags, so it was time for an update.”

The logo and refreshed packaging will be unveiled at Jules B’s store-wide spring 13 customer event on March 16.

The mini-chain is also launching a new-look marketing campaign, which will run in store, online and in local print publications.

“We’ve got several different types of store serving slightly different customers all under the Jules B umbrella, and we wanted to reflect this in our campaign,” said Mooney.

Jules B claimed eighth spot in Drapers’ recent list of the top 100 Inspiring Indies. It has stores in areas including Yarm, Kendal and Newcastle selling womenswear and menswear.
