How is trade?

It’s going really well as our customers have been loyal to us.

What products are selling well?

Dresses and casual tops. Customers are opting for occasionwear for regular events both in Newcastle and London. We had a large number of customers shopping for dresses and these sales have led to add-on accessory sales.

What new brands are selling well?

Customers are looking to kit out their winter wardrobe. One of the first things they look for are boots. We cater for mothers and daughters so we try to stock items that will appeal to both without dictating directly to any age group. The KOS (Kingdom of Sheepskin) boots work well. They are described as “the trendier Ugg boot” by some of our customers.

What changes are in the pipeline for 2012?

The website brings us the brand awareness we need and by investing more in it we’ll be able to introduce more brands for online sales only.
