Rogue Agency creates buying club

Manchester sales agent Rogue Agency has launched a private buying club, with the aim of selling brands exclusively to 50 selected indies.

Club 50, launched last month in conjunction with denim brand Love Denim, offers the brand’s denim to members at a wholesale price range of £36 to £50. The club will take on three to four more brands in the next year, showcasing them to members in a VIP section of Rogue Agency’s showroom.

Members of the club include young fashion indies Accent in Leeds, Monkey Clothing in Wakefield and York premium indie Sarah Coggles. Indies do not have to pay but must commit to looking at the Club 50 collections.

Rogue Agency owner Richard Dean said the club would celebrate some of the best indies in the country.

He said: “This will be giving back a bit to the retailers that have stayed true. It will show they are the top 50 and customers will know products are only available in 49 other stores.”
