How is trade? Really good, we had a very strong Easter. The early sunshine has got everyone ready [for summer]; we’ve practically sold out of spring deliveries and we’re doing lots more in-season buying.

Which products are selling well? Maxi dresses, body-con dresses and shorts.

What influences your customer? I think The Only Way Is Essex is getting people to dress up more. Girls are going for much more dressier dresses. They’re buying body-con dresses, anything with a bit of embellishment on it and anything with a fuller skirt.

Which brands are selling well at the moment? Hybrid is flying out, and Traffic People.

What type of marketing do you do? We use Facebook quite a lot because it’s instant. We put photos on there and the girls go crazy for it. We held a promotion on Friday: anyone who followed us on Facebook got 10% off. We try to upload our photos on Fridays because people are thinking about dresses to wear for the weekend.
