Look inside: Paper Mache Tiger

A carefully curated, sweet experience makes this north London shop shine

Multi-brand shop and cafe Paper Mache Tiger sits on a quiet road just off Islington’s Upper Street. In the 3,500 sq ft space, director Kyle Robinson, who runs a marketing agency and showrooms of the same name in New York and Paris, offers Londoners a selection of menswear and womenswear, accessories, homeware, stationery and candles.

Robinson says: “We launched the multi-brand shop and cafe as a welcoming space that offers an unexpected edit of all the things we need and love. Having the inside track on some of the best brands in the business, we wanted to curate a unique space that challenges shoppers to shop a little differently.”

The bright space is dotted with plants from nearby Conservatory Archives in Hackney and also serves Assembly coffee and doughnuts. Brands include Être Cécile, Herculie, Playtype, Marimekko, Zilla, Hervé Chapelier, Helen Robinson, Bonne Maison and Woodlot.

Address: 26 Cross Street, N1 2BG, London
