Karen Millen’s brand communications director Lynn Ritson has left the business.
Ritson joined Karen Millen in July 2011 in the newly created role of ecommerce director. She went on to become brand communications director in March 2012.
She will take up a new role at British lifestyle brand Cath Kidston in the next few weeks.
The current head of innovation, IT and distribution Charlotte Ellis will take over Ritson’s responsibilities covering digital content and projects for Karen Millen as well as marketing.
Ritson has previously been ecommerce director at All Saints as well as international ecommerce manager at beauty retailer Space NK.
This month, Karen Millen opened a 5,000 sq ft US flagship store on Fifth Avenue in New York, kicking off a three-year growth strategy across the Atlantic.
