High Street Hit or Miss: Miss Selfridge 6/10

Miss Selfridge autumn 15

Miss Selfridge autumn 15

Young fashion- Westfield, Stratford, first floor

Pros

The shop is located upstairs from Dorothy Perkins and is well signposted at the entrance of the shop. To the left of the entrance mannequins are dressed in key pieces of the season, and the products are helpfully stocked directly behind them. One standout piece is a chiffon and velvet high-neck patterned top that looks more expensive than its £28 price tag. Skinny polo necks match its Arcadia sister brand Topshop in price, coming in at £25. Product categories like basic T-shirts, jeans and coats are all grouped together which makes them easy to shop.

Cons

The shop is tiny and as a result very cramped. The first thing shoppers are greeted with at the top of the stairs is the sale section which is very messy. Coats are hidden at the back of the shop, when they should be at the entrance. All the sizes on display are all small.
