Young fashion retailer H&M has teamed up with footwear and accessories brand Swedish Hasbeens to create three styles of clogs.
The wooden-soled footwear will be available from April 20 exclusively in 150 H&M stores worldwide. The shoes will be priced either €49.95 (£42.13) or €59.95 (£50.55).
One pair of the shoes will take the form of a gladiator style strappy wedge with three buckle ankle straps and a progression of straps all over the foot, all sitting on a wooden wedge.
This shoe will be available in either cream or tan. There will also be a heeled summer sandal with an ankle strap, available in cream or red on a pale wooden base. The third style will be a peep-toe slip on wedge with snake-effect leather on top with a wooden sole.
Ann-Sofie Johansson, H&M’s head of design, said: “I love the genuine feeling you get from Hasbeens, from the wood and the leather, and also how they take something traditional and Swedish and make it contemporary and modern.
“These Hasbeens for H&M fit perfectly with the 1970s bohemian look that’s so important this coming season.”
