Premium retailer Jaeger is ramping up its expansion across Russia with two further stores in Rostov-on-Don and Ekaterinburg due to open this autumn.
The heritage brand will open stores at the A’Stor Plaza trade centre in Rostov-on-Don, in southern Russia, and the Evropa Trade Centre in Ekaterinburg, in central Russia.
It opened its first two Jaeger London stores in Moscow, at the luxury Gallery Vremena Goda, and at the Metropolic Trade Centre in April. Both stores, which are about 1,399 sq ft, offer the women’s collection as shown at London Fashion Week.
Jaeger is working with JamilCo, a local luxury brand distributors, to roll out the brand.
Belinda Earl, Jaeger’s group chief executive, said: “With the successful launch of the first two positioning stores in Moscow, we are thrilled to be opening in Ekaterinburg and Rostov-on-Don, as a part of our strategic development of the Russian market”.
Khaled Jamil, JamilCo president, added: “We are delighted to be introducing Jaeger to more Russian cities with these two further store openings and look forward to continuing the successful development of the Jaeger brand.”
