Karen Millen is on the hunt for a European boss as it targets further growth.
Whoever fills the newly created role will head up the premium womenswear retailer’s Europe-wide retail operations, including the UK and Republic of Ireland. Derek Lovelock, the chain’s executive chairman, said the appointment fitted with the retailer’s global structure to have separate heads for each continent.
It already has bosses for North America and Australasia. The retailer has 204 stores across Europe.
