Luxury British brand and retailer Mulberry will launch a limited edition handbag collection via a collaboration with US discount retailer Target later this year.
The Mulberry and Target collaboration will be sold via Target’s network of US stores as well as via its website at www.target.com from December 24.
Mulberry confirmed that a deal had been signed for the collaboration but said that details regarding the size, styling and price points for the collection were not yet available.
This is not the first such collaboration for Mulberry, which sold a lower-priced, limited edition version of its popular Bayswater bag through US high street retailer Gap in 2008.
Target launched a collaboration with Liberty of London earlier this year and has previously had tie-ups with luxury brands Anya Hindmarch and Alexander McQueen.
