If it’s dresses you want this is the shop for you, but customer service could be better.
Warehouse manipulates many of this season’s trends into what it does best: dresses. A camel jumper dress stands out at the front of the store, along with a cute lace-panel beige dress. Leopard print is seen on belted shift dresses and jumpers, while Warehouse comes into its own with a wide selection of sexy, fitted dresses that feature lace, boning and one-shoulder styles. Outerwear includes a faux-fur coat, military coat, duffle coat, faux-fur aviator jacket and leather biker jacket.
Sunglasses would have come in handy in what is a brightly lit store. The windows, in contrast, are dull. Despite being a small shop, no one approaches Drapers or the other customers. The store is tidy and accessories are merchandised with clothing to show complete looks.
Dresses range from £35 for the camel jumper dress and a ribbed maxi to £85 for the Spotlight collection, thus offering a wide range of prices. Coats are also good value, with an aviator jacket and faux-fur coat both coming in at £65. A small selection of jeans hover at about the £45 mark, while knits are about £40.
