Scoop visitor numbers rise by 26%

Premium womenswear tradeshow Scoop has announced a 26% rise in footfall at its most recent autumn 13 edition compared to the autumn 12 edition a year earlier.

Buyers at the show, which ran from February 10-12, came from multiple retailers including Harrods, Fenwick, House of Fraser, Harvey Nichols and Urban Outfitters as well as from independent boutiques including Browns, Bernard of Esher and Vanilla Boutique.

The fifth edition of the show, held at London’s Saatchi Gallery, featured more than 250 brands, which represented an increase of 20% on last year’s autumn show.

Next season Scoop will expand its space with the addition of the Phillips Gallery in Howick Place, which is located six minutes from the Saatchi Gallery.

This expansion will enable Scoop to showcase around 400 brands next season and the show’s organisers will be operating a complimentary car service between the two venues for visitors.
