There were few collections that did not use stripes in some way. They tended to be horizontal and thick across both men’s and women’s styles - although dainty stripes and the occasional diagonal stripe were also seen. They transgressed across jerseys, T-shirts, shirts, trousers and cardigans and ran across the colour spectrum, with strong colours such as red and green particularly common.
