Ted Baker promotes finance boss to chief operating officer

Ted Baker has appointed group finance director Lindsay Page to the new role of chief operating officer.

Page, who joined Ted Baker in 1997, will continue in his role of group finance director.

As a result of the changes, Charles Anderson will become finance director in addition to his role as company secretary.

Ted Baker founder and chief executive Ray Kelvin said: “I look forward to continuing to work closely with Lindsay and Charles as Ted Baker grows as a global lifestyle brand.”

David Bernstein, non-executive chairman, said: “We are pleased to announce these promotions, which will support Ted Baker as we continue to develop the brand globally.”
