Trinity Leeds development 90% let

Property agent Land Securities has let 90% of the Trinity Leeds Shopping Centre development, with Armani Exchange and Coast among the latest fashion names to sign up.

Due to open on March 21, Trinity Leeds has seen a significant increase in uptake in the last 10 weeks, from 76% to now near-full.

The centre is already tipped to house the UK’s largest Superdry store and the first Victoria’s Secret outside of London. Other names include Marks & Spencer, Next, River Island and Topshop.

Trinity Leeds is the only development measuring over one million square foot set to open in the UK in the next four to five years.
