Japanese fast fashion retailer Uniqlo has teamed-up with textile designer Celia Birtwell to produce a capsule collection, which is set to launch on March 21.
The collection will include dresses, T-shirts, tunic vests and tote bags all of which will feature Birtwell’s vintage and contemporary prints.
Following the UK launch in March Uniqlo then plans to roll out the collection to stores globally and online.
“We are very pleased with the success of the other collaborations with British designers so far,” said Yuki Katsuta senior vice president of Fast Retailing Uniqlo’s parent company.
“Each designer has brought something different to our lines of clothing, and as a result of our collaborations Uniqlo has increased its appeal with customers globally.”
Prices for the Celia Birtwell collection range from £9.90 for a bag and go up to £29.90 for a dress.
