Visitor numbers almost double at Bubble

The number of buyers visiting kidswear trade show Bubble rose by 83%, compared to last season.

Bubble London, which closed last week, also saw the number of brands exhibiting at the show increase by 20% compared to the July 2008 edition.

New brands to the show included Ma Petite Personne, Babies in Sheeps Clothing, Loppa and Ed Hardy, with buyers coming to Russia, Brazil, Hong Kong and Australia.

Event director Lindsay Hoyes said: “Bubble London has already established itself as a key international event in the kids market. The response we have received from both brands and buyers this season has been overwhelmingly positive.”

Next season, Bubble London will take place on June 21-23 at the Business Design Centre in Islington.
