What innovations are in fashion?

Calling all fashion retailers and brands!

We want to know how you’re using innovation and technology to enhance the customer experience, generate new streams of revenue, and improve internal operations.

In October 2012, Drapers will publish its ‘Innovation in Fashion Report’ looking at how forward-thinking strategies and new technologies are drastically changing fashion retail. In association with software provider Lectra, the report will cover such topics as social media, PLM, international expansion, and in-store technology.

We’d love to get your input into this report and find out what innovations you think have had the biggest impact and are the most important today. We’d really appreciate it if you could take just two minutes to answer the following multiple choice survey.

Many thanks.

  • Hi David,
Not sure the survey is applicable to me, but it's worth looking at Mannequino (flat pack mannequins) by a studio called Arash & Kelly. And you should check out GoodOne, which has developed a factory and new manufacturing techniques specially for upcycling secondhand fabric/clothing into new garments. I think they are working with Topshop: http://goodone.co.uk/blog/?page_id=2
