Shrouded in a shadowy palette of black and grey with unstructured pieces hanging long on the models this was one of the more sombre shows in Paris. The silhouette was elongated with jacket lengths describing a morning coat-like sweep, while trousers billowed at the waist. With soft knitted layers tucked in, the waist was kept high, which added to the Edwardian ethos.
While the retro elements mostly cast further back, there was too a 1980s inspiration on the 1db jacket. Otherwise this show was all about the long sweeping jacket.
